Using Subtiva

By creating an account or using Subtiva, you accept these terms. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and give accurate information. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you create. By publishing, you allow Subtiva to host, show and share it in the app according to your visibility settings. You can delete it at any time.

What is not allowed

Illegal content, hate, harassment, threats, any sexual content involving minors, nudity, graphic violence, scams, spam, impersonation, and content you don’t have the rights to (music, videos, images).

Moderation

Anyone can report a post, comment, story, profile or conversation. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can block anyone at any time. Subtiva has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users: reported content is reviewed, usually within 24 hours, and removed with its author’s account when it breaks these rules.

PRO subscription

PRO is billed by the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel it in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store’s rules.

Third-party content

GIFs are provided by KLIPY, and music or media you add stay subject to their own licences. Respect copyright when you publish.

Liability and changes

Subtiva is provided as is: we work to keep it available and safe but cannot guarantee it will never fail. We may update these terms; if the changes are important, we will tell you in the app.

Remixes

You can let others remix a post (everyone, your followers, or no one: no one by default). A remix is a separate creation that always credits and links to the original, which never changes. Changing your choice applies to new remixes; remixes already published stay online unless they break these terms, in which case report them. Your permission does not grant rights to music, images or other content owned by third parties.
