What Subtiva is

Subtiva brings creation and sharing together. Creators publish photos and videos, follow each other, talk in comments and messages, and can make their own version of a creation when its author allows it. Every discipline has a place: photography, illustration, painting, dance, music, design, fashion and more.

What you can do on subtiva.app today

Create a free account with Google or an email address, explore Discover, search for creators and hashtags, view public profiles and posts, follow, like, comment, save, send messages, and report or block. The interface is available in English and French. Posting photos from the browser opens soon.

The mobile app, in preparation

The Subtiva app for Android and iPhone is coming soon to Google Play and the App Store. It includes a photo and video editor (crop, filters, text, music, stickers, effects), automatic word-by-word captions generated on the phone in many languages with animated styles, and an interface in 14 languages. Your edits stay on your phone until you choose to publish.

Remixing, with credit

Each creator decides who can remix their posts: everyone, their followers, or nobody. A remix always shows “Remix of @author” and links back to the original. Creative recipes let you reuse a style, such as filters, type and settings, without copying anyone’s content.

Safety and privacy

Accounts can be private, and each creator chooses who can comment or write to them. Posts, comments and profiles can be reported or blocked, and reports are reviewed. You can delete your account at any time; deletion removes your profile, posts, comments, messages and files.
